Refund policy
We hope you enjoy your purchase from Home Decor with Michelle. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please return the unused merchandise within 14 days for a refund or store credit. Please email homedecorwithmichelle@gmail.com with any return/refund questions you have.
- You can return the unused item(s) within 14 days from receipt of your package.
- Please include your order number with any returns. The original packaging is required for all returns.
- Returns are eligible for a 100% store credit or refund back to your method of payment minus 5% merchant fee.
- We do not accept returns on Sale items, Clearance items, or Discounted items, including items from an order with a coupon.
- At our discretion, we may offer a partial refund or charge a 20%+ restocking fee This could be due to items being returned not in their original condition, the returned item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping any returned items.
- Returns will be processed and a credit/refund will be issued within 10-business-days of receipt.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged Items:
Items that arrive damaged in transit must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Please take clear photos of the damage and email your order number, photos, and the item name to homedecorwithmichelle@gmail.com. A claim will be filed on your behalf, and a refund or replacement will be issued depending on stock availability.
Please keep all damaged items and packing material for shipping carrier until the claim is processed.
